WOW!’s service area footprint includes approximately 3 million homes and businesses passed and covers more than 300 communities. Espial announced that TDS Broadband Services (TDS) entered into an agreement to license Espial’s Elevate Cloud video platform, a partnership extended from Espial’s acquisition of the Arris whole-home platform product line. With Elevate, TDS cable video customers will continue to get an immersive experience and easy access to OTT services, including Netflix and YouTube.
